2] Sustainability in machining and manufacturing is gaining attention — how is Chencan integrating eco-conscious practices into its operations or product development?
Chencan Machinery has always prioritized sustainability and environmental protection in our production and design philosophy. Our newly developed 3D printing equipment this year can save 30-50% of material compared to traditional wood pattern processing, with a lifespan twice as long as conventional wood patterns. Additionally, the printed materials are recyclable, significantly reducing environmental impact.
3] Chencan offers advanced CNC solutions across industries like aerospace, automotive, and composites. Which of your products are making the biggest impact right now?
Chencan’s independently developed high-speed five-axis gantry machining centers and 3D printers are our star products in industries like aerospace, automotive, and composite materials. The five-axis machining center features high automation and user-friendly operation, enabling the one-time molding of large, complex models and greatly reducing processing time. Meanwhile, the 3D printing equipment excels in rapid prototyping, complex structures, and customized production, significantly lowering designers’ trial-and-error costs and enabling quick realization of intricate models.
4] Why is MECAM Expo 2025 an important platform for Chencan CNC, and what kind of partnerships or opportunities are you hoping to explore in the MEA region?
As the most influential professional exhibition for the composite materials industry in the Middle East, MECAM Expo 2025 can reach the entire Middle Eastern and African markets. We aim to establish collaborative intentions with clients in shipbuilding, landscape design, construction materials, wind power, and new energy sectors across these regions.
5] What can visitors expect to see at your booth this year? Will there be any live demos, new machine models, or innovations that you’re excited to showcase?
At our exhibition booth, we will display model samples processed by our products. Due to space limitations, we cannot showcase the actual machinery, but we will present working videos and product introduction videos of our star products.
